Delete your account
Request deletion of your Pantri account and all associated personal data.
You can permanently delete your Pantri account at any time. Deleting your account removes your personal data and cannot be undone.
Option 1 — Delete it yourself (fastest)
Sign in, then go to Account → Profile → Delete account. Your account and data are removed immediately.

If you can’t sign in, submit a request below and our team will verify your identity and delete your account within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and login details
- Your pantries, banked items and subscriptions
- Your cart, favourites, wallet and rewards
- Your donations and notification history
Note: records we’re legally required to keep (e.g. transaction/tax records) may be retained in an anonymised form for up to the period required by law, then deleted.
